The design of micromechanical devices that can facilitate large but recoverable deformations requires a mechanical behavior embosoms hyperelasticity. While multiphoton lithography is the epitome microscale fabrication, employed materials demonstrate linear elastic response accompanied by limited ductility. In this study, we investigate how hindrance be circumvented through pantographic structures. Pantographs possess riveting hyperelastic inherited their structural design, providing exorbitant reversible deformations. To prove utility pantographs in finite element analysis simulations are performed to unravel structure as function its geometrical parameters. addition, evaluate modeling, specimens fabricated with push pull up configuration accomplish situ SEM microindentation tensile testing due compression.
